
PLUM BRANDY 1804
„1804“ is the label representing small series of brandies, special in some of their characteristics. They are taken with food, complex and require attention, thinking. We are working on introducing other fruit types through the “1804” label, and judging by the plum brandy, the task is not easy.

PLUM BRANDY
Balanced by the blending of three plum varieties, Crvena ranka, Čačanska rodna i Čačanska lepotica, it has the colour of dark amber, typical of brandy which spent its best years in oak barrels. It is delicately scented and beautifully balanced, with well-shaped typicality and harmony. Like in good wine, flavours change, but remain discreet.

APRICOT BRANDY
Apricot brandy is made from a summer variety called Mađarska Rana. Summer is precisely what describes it. It is yellow, with reddish hues on its sun-kissed side, and sweet, juicy, pale yellow flesh. Such is also the aroma of our brandy.

PEAR BRANDY
Pear brandy is made by the blending of Williams pear and Abate Fetel. The symphony of floral and summer notes of Williams pear and the full taste of autumn Abate Fetel brings gave our pear brandy unique quality. The special surprise is the taste of pear which long lingers after consumption.

QUINCE BRANDY
Quince brandy is made from a variety called Serbian Gold, one of the best in the world. The brandy obtained by the proper technological procedure is aromatic, full of taste, with a very pleasant scent. It is not popular with everyone, something like olives – either you love them or you don’t.

GRAPE BRANDY
Ракију од грожђа добили смо ферментацијом слатких, меснатих бобица Мускат хамбурга, сорте са веома снажним чокотом и кореном због чега трппи ниске температуре и мраз, баш такву је треба послужити, расхлађену. У устима месо је благо хрскаво, сок веома укусан и ароматичан, типичан за грожђе. Ове карактеристике се дестилацијом преносе на ракију. Током Дестилације ове карактеристике постају трајне, оплемењене нотама руже и диње које додају бакар и јесен.
